1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the peppy™ website operated by Peppy Co (“peppy™,” “we,” “us”), based in St. Louis, MO 63301. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Pre-launch site
peppy™ is launching early 2027. Today this site is informational and for collecting waitlist interest. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no purchase can be made yet. Every product detail shown on the site, including ingredient lists, hero peptides, formulations, dosing protocols, serving sizes, package designs, names, descriptions, scientific or mechanism-of-action statements, shelf-life targets, and pricing, is illustrative, preliminary, and subject to change at our sole discretion without notice. The final products launched (if any) may differ materially from what is shown. See our Pre-Launch Disclosure for more detail.
3. The waitlist & launch offer
Joining the waitlist puts you in line to receive a discount on your first order at launch, subject to these Terms and to the Pre-Launch Disclosure. The discount applies to a first order placed after launch, may exclude taxes and shipping, can’t be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be modified, substituted, or revoked by us at any time prior to launch. We will provide reasonable email notice of any material change. If peppy™ does not launch, all waitlist offers are void. Joining the waitlist does not (i) create a contract for sale, (ii) reserve inventory, or (iii) guarantee product availability at launch.
4. Forward-looking statements
Statements on this site regarding launch timing, manufacturing partners, scientific advisors, clinical work, third-party testing, regulatory status, intellectual property, product performance, and any other future events reflect our current expectations as of the date published. They are not commitments or guarantees. Actual results may differ materially from what is described here. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the launch of peppy™ in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without liability.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or contact us. By doing so, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you’re using the site for lawful, personal purposes.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, submit false information, infringe others’ rights, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The peppy™ and PepBeads™ names and marks, the site’s content, design, and brand assets are owned by Peppy Co and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
8. Health & supplement disclaimer
peppy™ products are intended to be sold as dietary supplements. Statements about them are structure/function claims and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

Content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition.
10. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party services (for example, hosting, analytics, database, and email providers). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services we link to.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
